3. Principle of Product
This product is made of medical grade GPPS (polystyrene) and HDPE (high density polyethylene) raw materials, through injection molding, surface treatment, glue curing, vacuum packaging and irradiation sterilization to obtain finished products of different specifications. GPPS-modified injection molded parts have a hydrophilic type that can be combined with the hydrophilic groups of cells to promote cell adhesion and growth; Products including 1, 2, 5, 10 and 40 layers of cells with various surfaces. The culture surface is suitable for both laboratory small batch cell preparation and industrial cell batch preparation for propagating cell culture products or harvesting cells themselves; product irradiation sterilization makes the product sterile and can be directly used for cell culture , to prepare sterile preparations.

5 Instructions for use
1st Open the lid and pour the medium into the cell factory
2nd Tum the Cell Factory 90° make sure the liquid at the same horizontal
3th Tum the Cell Factory 90° so that the filling and venting ports are up( as picture 3 shown). It is normal for the medium level in the bottom chamber section to be slightly higher.
4th Gently lower the cell factory to its normal horizontal incubation position and gently tilt the chamber back and forth until the surface of each layer is completely covered with medium.
5th Put the cell factory into the incubator.
6th After culture is completed, pour the culture medium out
All the above operations need to be done in a sterile environment.
5.1.The sealed cap cell factory is suitable for cell and tissue culture under airtight conditions formed by the use of sealed caps, so that the culture environment is completely isolated from the outside world, and is suitable for culture without CO2 conditions; Spin 1/4 turn, can also be used for gas exchange.
5.2. The Vent Cap cell factory is formed by using a hydrophobic filter membrane with a pore size of 0.22μm, which can meet the needs of gas exchange in cell and tissue culture, and can effectively prevent cross-contamination. It is suitable for culture under CO2 conditions.
6.Quality Assurance Instructions.
6.1. Within three months after the product is sold, Our factory provides: Repair, Replacement, and Return services
6.2. Damage caused by improper use and storage not in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual is not within the scope of service in clause 6.1. Please contact our factory or dealer as soon as possible to serve you in time.
6.3. The cell factory is not resistant to high temperature and cannot be reused after Autoclave sterilization.
